Warranty: ask before you pay

No small print to hunt for. You get the terms for the exact tool you are buying, in writing, before you pay.

On every tool page

When a tool's warranty is confirmed, its page says so in months, next to the price. When it is not shown, the tool page has an Ask about warranty button that opens WhatsApp with the question already written for that tool.

In your order message

Orders are confirmed with you on WhatsApp. Ask us to include the warranty and returns terms in that confirmation, and keep the message — it is your record of what was agreed.
